easyTRX AIS reset
Excellent support, beyond the normal expectations, from the helpdesk assistant. He identified the issue, related to the USB cable, not a easyTRX product. Next day, after receival of a proper USB cable, I did another attempt. My call was answered and succesfull support, at 17:45pm!!

Great AIS and superb service
I have an EASY TRX2-IS since 2011. In 2017 it has an error transmitting so I had to send it in to service and they solved (resolering a part) for about 40€ including the freight back to me.
Now in 2022 that y sold my boat ist is my responsabyilty to remove my MMSI. You could send the AIS in or have it done via a remote access. My email was responded in view minutes and the reset via remote access was also done instantly.
If I have to buy an AIS again I woud always go for Weatherdock.
