Excellent customer support
While sailing far from home, I‘ve had an issue with my AIS signal, alerting from my own boat.
The support replied immeadiately and together we were able to solve the issue, which was at the end self created by my vhf radio.
The Weatherdock support is very reactive, replied to all my questions quiet fast and friendly, and helped me to configure the equipment in a very easy easy understandable way.

Great AIS and superb service
I have an EASY TRX2-IS since 2011. In 2017 it has an error transmitting so I had to send it in to service and they solved (resolering a part) for about 40€ including the freight back to me.
Now in 2022 that y sold my boat ist is my responsabyilty to remove my MMSI. You could send the AIS in or have it done via a remote access. My email was responded in view minutes and the reset via remote access was also done instantly.
If I have to buy an AIS again I woud always go for Weatherdock.

easyTRX AIS reset
Excellent support, beyond the normal expectations, from the helpdesk assistant. He identified the issue, related to the USB cable, not a easyTRX product. Next day, after receival of a proper USB cable, I did another attempt. My call was answered and succesfull support, at 17:45pm!!
