Decision if the failure could fixed by phone or unit should be send for repair
Customer gets repair number by reseller / Weatherdock
OK, done!
Customer sends Unit together with failure report and repair number to reseller / Weatherdock (Shipping costs payed by customer)
Failure and contact information within package
Reseller get the unit and test it. Send back to Weatherdock if not repairable by it´s own.
Weatherdock is getting the unit.
Failure by customer e.g. Operating error
Quotation of repair costs to customer
Repair after OK from customer
Shipping to customer with shipping and repair costs after advance payment
Failure by Weatherdock e.g. component error (Within warranty)
Repair
Shipping to customer with reclamation report (Standard shipping included)
If shipping by express is wished, the customer needs to pay for this.
