As a manufacturer of security and navigation electronics, we have close contact with the distress rescue organizations in Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and also Sweden.
It is therefore particularly painful to learn that members of a rescue crew themselves have died in an attempt to help a ship in distress.
Our thoughts are with the families and colleagues of the casualties and we hope that our donation can be of use.
Such tragic moments serve as an incentive for us (as manufacturers) to establish our products even more strongly in the distress rescue organizations worldwide. Possibly, future disasters of this kind can be avoided in advance.
