Terms and conditions for the easy2-MOB survey prize draw

1. Organizer

The organizer of this competition is:

2. Eligibility

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen, die

• are at least 18 years old,
• own or use an easy2-MOB from Weatherdock AG, and
• complete the survey within the participation period are eligible to participate.

Employees of Weatherdock AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period

Participation in the competition is possible from the date of publication of the survey until and including August 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. CEST).

Entries received after this date cannot be considered.

4. Prize

The following prizes will be drawn from all eligible participants:

• 3 × easy2-MOB from Weatherdock AG.

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.

5. Determining and Notifying Winners

The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the closing date of the survey.

The drawing and notification of the winners will take place no later than September 30, 2026, via the email address provided during the survey.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or if the prize cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the winner, Weatherdock AG reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

6. Data Protection

The personal data collected during the survey and the prize draw will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the survey, determining the winners, and notifying the winners.

The data will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the prize draw (e.g., shipping the prize) or required by law.

After the competition has ended and the statutory retention periods have expired, personal data will be deleted unless further consent has been given (e.g., to receive a newsletter).

7. Exclusion from the Competition

Weatherdock AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or attempts at manipulation.

8. Liability

Weatherdock AG is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

9. Final Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
