If you are an installer and have installed the system for your customer or you are selling your system, please proceed as follows:
Connect the Relay to your internet router/hotspot that it is shown “online” within the app.
Please remove the boot then in the original/previous account from the ME SENSE app within the settings.
All data will be deleted here, including the history data.
Please create a new boot on the new account
and carry out the installation process again.
1. scan the Relay QR code
2. connect Relay to your WiFi network
3. scan the QR code of the sensors individually
