- Connect to your device’s “easyTRX3S_XXX” Wi-Fi hotspot; you’ll find the login credentials on the bottom of the device.
- If necessary, confirm the “No Internet” message by selecting “Always Stay Connected.” This procedure may vary depending on your device.
- Open the navigation app; in the following example, we’ll use the Navionics® Boating App
- Click on Menu, scroll down to “Paired Devices,” or add a new connection if necessary.
- Use the + button to add a new entry.
- Your phone/tablet is directly connected to the TRX3S access point:
Host: 192.168.2.1, or 127.0.0.1

- Your phone/tablet is directly connected to the TRX3S access point:
- As soon as data arrives, you’ll see the green text “Connected” in the entry
- If the RX LED on the easyTRX3S is flashing, AIS vessels should now be visible on the map.
For previous 1st-generation easyTRX3/S devices, the IP address is 192.168.16.254, port 8080, and TCP instead of UDP
